Invitation letter for the development of a water park

To whom it may concern,

We are the investors of Monaco Nghi Son project in Thanh Hoa city, Vietnam. We would like to invite international artists and/ or experts to develop an outdoor water park which is one of the attraction of Monaco Nghi Son project.

1. Monaco Nghi Son project

Monaco Nghi Son includes many different functional areas with a modern design and the presence of artworks created by artists to celebrate the four elements of Life: Earth, Water, Fire and Air.

2. Water park

In the planning video of Monaco Nghi Son 1:500 scale, the water park location is mentioned in Vietnamese "23 khu công viên nước”
The surface area: 1500 m2

3. Targets that need achieving in developing the water park

- Sophisticated installations with water that shall attract both adults and children. Shall allow the public to interact directly with water.
- Water artworks such as fountains, water arches, water columns, etc… shall create a strong impression on visitors the day and night.
- Easy maintenance and replacement of damaged components.

4. Maximum budget

- The maximum budget is 500.000 usd. This budget consists of three components: (i) budget for the water park study; (ii) budget for equipment: (iii) budget for installation of equipement.
- The candidate awarded will receive 5.000 usd to cover its travel expenses to Vietnam.
- Other expenses such as food and accommodation in Monaco Nghi Son shall be covered by the investor.

5. Responsibilities of the candidate

- Develop the water park concept.
- Once approved, the candidate will submit a detailed plan of the installations. The plans shall clearly indicate the equipment, their specifications, supplier information, logistic and installation process, estimated budget, etc…
- After the detailed plan is approved, the candidate will be in charge of deploying the plan until the water park is completed.

In case some of the equipment will not be available in Vietnam, the candidate shall discuss with the Investor to import them from abroad.

6. Documents to submit

The candidates interested in participating shall submit as follows:

- Motivation letter (Attention: THO Nguyen Duc)
- CV mentioning the projects with water installations, exhibitions the candidate has participated.
- Portfolio with the details of the projects completed (materials, dimensions, comments).

Note that incomplete applications shall not be accepted.
